How do I join the Black Pepper Loyalty Program?

You can join by visiting any Black Pepper store or outlet, or you can sign up online here. If you shop in store, use the email address you provided to at sign up to link the sale to your acount. To shop online, use the email address you provided at sign up to log into your online account and link your profiles.

You can sign up to our VIP program instore or online.

If you are signing up instore you can provide you name and details to the staff at checkout. After signing up instore if you wish to shop online, you will need to register for an online account. Please ensure you provide the staff with your email address so that your online and instore accounts can be linked.

You can sign up online here https://www.blackpepper.com.au/account/register. Once you have signed up online you do not need to sign up instore and they will have your information.

What details are required to sign up?

To provide you with a personalised shopping experience, we require your name, email, mobile phone number, address, and date of birth This information allows us to inform you about our members only offers and confirm when your rewards are loaded and ready to be used.

I’ve signed up. What happens next?

Congratulations for joining the Black Pepper Loyalty Program!

Once you have signed up, your $10 Welcome Reward will be automatically added to your loyalty account for you to apply on your next purchase. You can use the reward in store or . You can find instructions on applying your reward below. 

Your Welcome Reward can only be used for one transaction only either in store or online.

Once you have spent a minimum of $50 you will be eligible to receive our birthday rewards.

I have signed up online – are you sending me my card?

We've gone digital! To reduce plastic and minimise our carbon footprint, we phased out our physical membership cards several years ago.

 

YOUR ACCOUNT

I don’t know my password. How can I log in?

If you signed up in-store, you will need to create an online account. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Create an Account in the top right hand corner of the website
  2. Complete the details requested including your birthday (so we can send you birthday rewards) and a password
  3. Click Create Account

If you have an online account but have forgotten your password, follow these steps:

  1. Go to “Login” in the top right hand corner of the website
  2. Enter in your email address that you used to sign up and then select “Forgot?”
  3. You will receive an email from Black Pepper asking you to follow a link and create/confirm your new password.

If you don’t receive an email, please make sure to check your spam/junk folder or contact our customer service team.

I did not log in when making an online purchase. How do I attach this sale to my loyalty account?

Unfortunately, you need to be logged into your account before or at the time of making the purchase for the sale to apply to your reward program.

How do I change/update my email address in my Black Pepper loyalty account?

You can change and update your details by visiting any Black Pepper store or by emailing us at info@blackpepper.com.au.

 

YOUR REWARDS

How do I redeem a loyalty reward online?

  1. To be able to apply your VIP Rewards to your order, please ensure you are logged in to your online account.
  2. When you have made your selection, proceed to Checkout.
  3. Once you are on the Payment screen, you will see a box on the right which says “You have $xx points to claim”. To use them on your purchase, simply click the “Pay with Points” button
  4. You should then see the reward value as a discount line on your order summary

Please note: The total value of products in the cart must be greater than the available reward balance in order for the reward to be redeemed.

I haven’t received or can't find my Reward, how can I redeem it?

To be eligible for a birthday reward, you need to have spent at least $50 in the 12 months prior to the 1st day of your birthday month.

If you can't find your reward email, we recommend checking your spam/junk folder or you can contact our customer service team and they can help to locate and apply your reward. Alternatively, you can visit your nearest store to use the reward on an in store purchase.

Can I use my reward for postage?

Rewards cannot be used to cover postage charges.

 

PEPPERCORN BIRTHDAY REWARD

How do I redeem my Birthday Reward?

If you have added your birthday to your account details and have spent at least $50 in the 12 months prior to the 1st day of your birthday month, you will automatically receive a Birthday Reward to your account on the 1st of your birthday month. The value of the reward will depend on which tier you are in at the start of the month.

If you do not receive your Birthday Reward, please contact us at info@blackpepper.com.au so we can update your account. Each Member will only receive one (1) Birthday Reward in any 365 day period. Loyalty Program Members can only receive a Birthday Reward if they have provided their complete date of birth at least one (1) month prior to your actual birth month.

How long is my Birthday Reward valid for?

Your Birthday Reward is valid for sixty (60) days from date of issue.

 What happens if I move to a higher Tier in the same month after receiving my Birthday Reward?

Your Birthday Reward is issued at the beginning of the month and is calculated on the tier you are currently in on the date the Reward is issued. You will not be sent a second Birthday Reward if you move up a tier in a 365-day period.

Can I redeem my Birthday Reward on sale products?

Your Birthday Reward can be redeemed on full price, promotional and/or sale merchandise.

 

PEPPERCORN ANNIVERSARY REWARD

How do I redeem my Anniversary Reward?

Each year, providing you have spent $150 or more, Black Pepper will automatically send your anniversary reward on the date that you signed up to the reward program. The value of your anniversary reward will depend on your Peppercorn tier status.

 How long is my Anniversary Reward valid for?

Your Anniversary Reward is valid for sixty (60) days from date of issue. If you do not receive your Anniversary Reward, please contact us at info@blackpepper.com.au so we can update your account. Each Member will only receive one (1) Anniversary Reward in any 365-day period and will only be issued if you have spent at least $150 in the prior 12 months.

Can I redeem my Anniversary Reward on sale products?

Your Anniversary Reward can be redeemed on full price, promotional and/or sale merchandise.

 

PEPPERCORN WELCOME REWARD

Do I receive a reward when I sign up?

Yes. When you sign up, you will receive a $10 Welcome Reward to be used in store or online for a single transaction only. You cannot redeem the reward twice through separate transactions in store and online. Once redeemed the reward will be removed from your account. 

How long is my Welcome reward valid for?

Your Welcome Reward is valid for 60 days from date of issue.

Can I use my Welcome Reward together with other reward or offers?

Yes, you can spend your Welcome Reward on full price merchandise, promotional, clearance or sale items.
