Entry into the ‘Staying in with Black Pepper Competition’ is open to Australian and New Zealand residents who are aged 18 years and over and have made an online purchase using the promotional code BPSTAYINGIN between Thursday 5th and Wednesday 11th August 2021.
These terms and conditions form part of your entry to the competition. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to extend, withdraw or cancel the competition or amend these Terms and Conditions at its own discretion without any obligation to compensate entrants.

Entry into the ‘Staying In with Black Pepper Competition’ is automatic when customers make an online transaction through www.blackpepper.com.au between the stated competition dates.
Employees (and their immediate family) of the Promoter and related body corporates of the Promoter are not eligible to enter this competition.
There is 1 x prize.

This competition is a game of chance. The winner will be drawn via an automated system to ensure random selection. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of this competition is final and negotiations will not be entered into.
The prize draw will be carried out by the 17th of August 2021.

The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.
