How To Use Click & Collect
We’ve launched a new service online called CLICK & COLLECT!
We’re here to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and easy for you to use.
We’ve answered your question below on how to use CLICK & COLLECT
1. What Is Click & Collect
Click and collection is where a buyer can purchase any number of items online from
our website and then pick up your item in your selected store.
2. What Stores Have Click & Collect?
All of our stand-alone stores are available for Click & Collect from 16th April 2021. It does not include our Outlet Stores.
3. How Do I Purchase Items Using Click & Collect?
Find the item you want to purchase on our online website. Add your items to you bag like normal.
When you visit your bag, there will be two options to choose from:
Home Delivery OR Click & Collect

Once you click the option, CLICK & COLLECT, you need to enter in your postcode or suburb to show
if your item is available in your select location. Select the store location you would like to pick up from.
If the item is OUT OF STOCK – then you cannot pick-up in store.
You can still buy the selected item online and get it delivered to your door.
Once you have selected your store, the click and collect option will be ticked, and it will show
you your selected store. Note: All Click & Collect orders are Free!
Complete your online order as normal. You will receive a conformation email that your order
is placed, and another notification once your order is ready to be picked up in-store!
4. How Can I Get Help With My Click & Collect Order?
Our customer service team are there to help you to either place an order
or to discuss any issues you are having.
